Since busybox is involved, please also report it to the Software Freedom
Law Centre <gpl at busybox.net> as described at
http://www.busybox.net/license.html under "License enforcement".
Make clear whether they met:
3(a) of the license by accompanying it with the "complete
corresponding machine-readable source code", or
3(b) by accompanying the hardware "with a written offer... to give
any third party... a complete machine-readable copy of the
corresponding source code"
of GNU GPL V2. (3(c) isn't open to them because they're a commercial
distribution.)
And then in addition, whether you found source online somewhere, which
doesn't mean they've met the license conditions.
