no news from x-micro.  As for dell, did you check the URL's that Matt
Domsch mentioned in his email (attached to your reference).  If that is
incomplete, please send a detailed additional request to Matt and me,
indicating the exact shortcomings of their offer.

But I'm dealing with about 8 other cases at the moment, leading to about
20-30 pages of paper fed back and forth to/from my lawyer, that I all
need to read and approve...

That's unfortunate, I hadn't looked in detail myself, merely posted
the sources I was given.  I'll inquire about this internally.

Likewise, I posted the source for the 2300 as copied from the CD
shipped in the 2300's box.

I hope you'll find this source matches, and that the 2300 is indeed in
full compliance.

I've already spun up our legal and TrueMobile engineering groups about
this again.  I believe the only true outstanding issue is whether or
not the source for the 1184 matches the firmware.  Please confirm.
