does DELL need to release their full srcball for their

Dell was collaborative in the past to put GPLed sources online under
my request and one email exchancge with Harald.
I could try to find out in my email archive who it was at Dell, but
the best is to write them a letter.
Please kick my ass to get this email in my archive, because it is
currently a mess.
