does DELL need to release their full srcball for their TrueMobile 2300 ?

DELL TM2300 is much like linksys WRT54G and is also a Linux-based
Wireless router.

1. TM2300 have 2 version ( v1 uses bcm4702 & v2 uses bcm4712), but
they only release v1's src.

2. I can get the src-tarball from:
http://linux.dell.com/files/truemobile/tm2300/Linux_source_code.tar.gz

3. after extrate the src, it only contain router&linux 2 dir . I need
to copy linksys's include&rts dir to it's src-tree for make to work.

4. the router/upnp/Makefile: UPNP    := $(SRCBASE)/tools/upnp/igd/linux
but there are no tools dir under $(SRCBASE).

5. wlconf can't compile

6. utils can't compile too.

currently I can only get these info about Dell's src-tarball. I think
it's enought to say Dell doesn't really release the real&full src-tree
themself used.
