to denounce a linux distro with ilegal copyright

Hi.
I am writing to denounce a linux distro called freewin 2005 that is given
with some refubrished pcs in my country, Uruguay.
Basicaly, the enterprise, called Outlet Mayorista compiles this distro from
a Knoppix, but distributes the cd with copiright.
I am atacching a link to de product page. At the bottom everyone can read
that the cd has copyrights, and this is also printed in the cd.
I hope you can fix this, that is a clearly violation to the gnu license.
