TOPSEC is a chinese security provider that provide firewall based Linux and netfilter. 
  The Model are:
  NGFW 4000
  NGFW 4000UF
  NGFW4000UF-G
  NGFW 4000UF-V-G
  NGFW ARES
  
TOPSEC's mistakes includes:
      
     claims the entire software is (C) Copyright TOPSEC. This is obviously not fully true,they use copyrighted Free Software in the product 


      
   the distribution withpout contain a copy of the License.  
   it clearly state they hold copyright by the License.   
   it say its TOS misleading, giving the impression that linux is not TOS.  
   source code not included in the distribution

  l          Sale Permit of Computer Information System Security Product, issued by the Ministry Of Public Security PR China.
