Possible GPL violation from MSI wifi router 802.11b/g Wireless Router - RG54SE

Hi,

I'm trying to extract firmare for this MSI router RG54SE

but dont known the used format of file linux-gw-v128G.upd which is inside
this zip
at the beginning of the file is string CSYS

i found that at offset 0x9810 is some bzip2 header but when i extracted this
tar it was empty ()

#dd if=linux-gw-v128G.upd of=zz.tar.bz2 count=10000000 bs=1 skip=38928
#tar xvfj zz.tar.bz2

tar wrote:

Have anyone some experience extracting kind of firmware ?
