[ADMIN] mailinglists have moved

Hi!

As indicated before, I was planning to move the mailinglists to a more
reliable machine.  This move has now been implemented.

There shouldn't be any user-visible changes, everything should work as
before, even the 'List-Id' header will stay the same.

If you encounter any problems, don't hesitate to contact me directly.
