Fortinet GPL violations ... and Watchguard too!

Hi Guys:
I understand why you guys are going after Fortinet. Thank you. However,
the Watchguard guys have been using Linux and Netfilter (and lots of other
open source code) in their firewall for along time and not providing the
relevent source code or attribution (even though they are also intermingling
non GPL code directly into the kernel ... not using loadable modules).
I've tried in the past to get the source from them and hit a stone wall.
You can even go to Watchguard's website and do a search ...
http://www.watchguard.com/search/default.asp?SearchString=GPL&Action=Go
... no GPL even mentioned. Seems like you are punishing a little guy like
Fortinet, but leaving big guys like Watchguard, who have violated the GPL
for YEARS alone! Not only with their Firebox line, but also with their
VCLASS and SOHO products.
Watchguard sells alot more in Germany than Fortinet ever has ... and has
certainly violated the GPL for years!
Is this really any different?
Thanks,
John Anderson
