Inform their legal department, not their support (which will just drop
your request).  Point them to the FAQ's at
http://www.gpl-violations.org/ and inform them that they would actually
risk legal proceedings if they did not comply with the license terms as
set forth by the GPL.

Also, include a copy of the GPL.  Send it vial snail mail, not as an
email or fax.
