Knowing if the gpl license is properly mentioned somewhere in the
documentation is needed to decide whether or not start a gpl violation
issue<br>
the file is posted in a protected web page (user/password is needed)<br>
and this mailing list requires registration<br>
so They cannot tell the file is now public<br>
