Agreed that it sounds like an additional violation, but a little care is
necessary - the fact that they are allegedly in violation of the GPL
does not give the end user any automatic rights to violate Pandigital's
license (at least here in the UK).
It's arguable that any reasonable actions are unlikely to result in a
court ruling against you, but some companies are very litigious and can
cause you a lot of trouble in the meantime.
