zfs incompatible with GNU/KFreeBSD ?

i sent u all the material about GNU/KFreeBSD and i would understand if
really could be a violation of GPL, as RMS told.

to the same time the team said that ZFS works, with the difference
that ZFS is covered by CCDL, and GNU/KFreeBSD is a port to develop a
Free Software Operating System based on FreeBSD, so sincerely i don't
undestand why was not adopted AdvFS or Lvm.

i would information about, because in the e-mail people told that was
possible a violation in the headers.
