yes, armijn, criminal. just like all those filesharers whom the
MAFIAA, RIAAFIA and boot-jacked british equivalents say. this is the
same thing. no license (because you never had one, or you broke it,
or decided to willfully ignore it) equals "everything defaults to
standard copyright law in your country".
flout that - for example by distributing Copyright Material without
permission (just like dem filesharers) - and yes, under standard
copyright law, you're now criminally infringing.
so, yes. criminal.
