  :-D  I actually felt like a dolt, I generally don't pay as much
attention to the subject line as the first line of the message.

  Actually, I didn't find the article to be all that bad.  We all know
these guys aren't complying.  But users can scream, kick, and moan all
they want.  Until the actual owners attempt to enforce it, until
someone claims infringement, there's not much to say or do.

  What I dislike is linking 'android' directly with the infringement.
Linux/GPL infringement is nothing new.  Lists abound of devices having
nothing to do with Android which are just as long.  :-(
