Possible GPL violation by Multitrode with pump station manager product.

  Please note, I'm not saying they are in compliance.  I'm just saying that
we don't know for sure.  I would assume it would be available in their
downloadable materials, however, it doesn't appear to be.  But he has access
to a unit.  It wasn't distributed to him.
