ahh, i wish :) unfortunately, this is china we're dealing with, not
a european or U.S. firm, where that would be a practical option and
the chain of results you envisage would be a likely outcome. if it
were, it would be a tactic i would reluctantly deploy, if at all, in
any case, as the goal i have in mind is to get decent low-cost arm
netbooks out there as fast as possible. "nuking them in court" would
not help achieve that goal, given that they are the only people we've
been able to find so far with a decent low-cost arm netbook. once a
competitor comes along and meets the criteria (GPL cooperation) i'll
happily drop chitech like a stone.
