 *snorts* :)  yehh, adam said that even mentioning "gpl violation" was
too strong a term, but then this morning they declined to cooperate /
collaborate / make use of our services, and, given that that
business-case tactic failed, we're now pursuing the GPL violations
tactic.

 bottom line: we'll reserve the "software piracy" tactic you recommend
for when the GPL violations one goes tits-up.
