help educating users on three violations

(hopefully this is the correct list to post this to - if not, I sincerely
apologize in advance)

There seems to be some misunderstanding about the GPL on the Giveaway of the
Day forums:

I'm doing the best I can educating the users about the violations I found,
but it's not going too well. Hopefully someone with more experience in this
matter can please help me out in educating people about the GPL and how
Giveaway of the Day is distributing software that violates it?
