GooerRDP for iPhone - GPL violation

By the terms of the GPL they are required to distribute source code for any
binaries that are linked against GPL code or cease distributing those binaries.

Being an App Store app, there is only one binary (AFAIK) so the source code
for it has to be distributed.

The iPhone SDK libraries are ok because they fall under the GPL
"os/compiler" exemption.

The OP said he contacted the company and they did not respond.

One option (since this is an Apple App Store app) is for someone with
standing (i.e. someone owning copyright on the GPL code in question) to
contact Apple and ask that the App be removed (its happened before with
violations of 3rd party IP on the App Store)
