  Perhaps he didn't understand?  I'd find that hard to believe from
his .sig with SugarCRM all over it tho.

  *shrug*  He could just send one email to vtiger, the competing
company, the client, etc, explaining why they may not be the best
choice, and that he believes their using code of questionable legal
standing.  *shrug*
