Templates for letters to vendors

I have a feeling we could get more volunteers to act if we gave them
tools to do so.

One thing that could help is templates for letters. I see at least 2 types:

* For a vendor that you have bought a device from (e.g. a wireless access point)

* For a vendor that puts a binary on their webpage (e.g. firmware)

I believe we can use some of
