GPLv2 to v3 upgrade and "further restrictions" issue

Probably the best solution is to team up with the copyright holders of
the GPLed library (aRts AFAICS) and pressure the LinuxSampler authors
into releasing it under GPL proper, remove the offending code, or do not
distribute LinuxSampler at all.
