Can you please clarify how precisely the Flightgear GPL distribution has
been potentially violated by a third party?

We have:
(1) The name of the project code that may have been violated
	Flightgear
(2) A statement regarding what licence this code is under
	GPL (I assume)
(3) A link to the project site
	www.flightgear.org

What we need in as few words as possible is:
(4) The name and website of the party who may be violating the code
(5) The precise reason why a violation is believed to exist
