  Next time, read it.  :-D  See 3.c in gplv2, and 6c in gplv3.
Specifically, section 6c of v3 says YOU don't even have to offer it,
you just have to ensure it IS available and how to get it.  If it
becomes unavailable, I'd infer that you would then have to host it
yourself, as it must be available somewhere.
