Did your phone come with a written offer for the source code? Did you
request the source code from the vendor?
It would be useful to have a detailed report of (a) how you know Free
Software is used on the device, (b) if the device has a copy of the code
licences (like GPL) distributed with it, (c) if the device has a written
offer for source code and (d) if you have asked the company for source code.
You could send the report to ftf at fsfeurope.org or to this list and we
will queue it for investigation.
