To submit an issue to the FTF it's best to send an email to
ftf at fsfeurope.org

I am on this list and I try to keep up with events, but we're also very
busy on our own systems as well.

You're quite correct that more feedback would be useful.  It's something
I will try to work on for the new year.  Our key problem with regards
returning feedback is usually time resources.
