Twin GPL violation Neuf Telecom

I have maked the following comment :

I have (and i'm not alone) requested the source code on official forum 
from N9uf cegetel, but no acceptable response. I have find an other gpl 
violation from n9uf cegetel. For the Twin S710 based on the HTC S710 
they used an modified version of TCPMP but do not share the source code 
and it's the same case with the N9uf Talk software a GPL software. I 
have unsquashed the firmware from the device, so i know that GPL 
software are used. And it's written in the contract license from the Twin.
