Freecom violates GPL

Hi All,

 

As a user of Freecom products and a high ranking member of the Freecom forum
(user zdDog) at http://www.openfsg.com/forum, I and others have not seen
adherence to the GPL on the following products that are built on a Linux
Kernel and have Apache, PHP AND MySQL inside:

 

Freecom Storage Gateway (FSG) firmwares later than 3.1.15

DataTank Gateway (DTG) all firmwares

Network Drive Pro (all firmwares)

MusicPal (all firmwares)

 

Freecom turns a deaf ear towards users mailing them to release the source
code, there has been one release of earlier firmware for the FSG, that's it.
A Few expert users want to try to develop these machines further, but have
yet to receive an answer after months of e-mails.

 

Any advice how to proceed further?
