Oh dear.
It seems I missed out the important part.

Nowhere can I find either a printed or on CD GPL offer, nothing on the 
packaging/information leaflet/CD, and a websearch doesn't turn up 
anything either, nor does contacting  Dynamode support. (after a week), 
or looking round dynamodes website.
