Possible GPL violation: AVConverter

[Alphax]

Mobile Ringtone Converter (from
http://www.avconverter.com/mrconverter.html) is a clone of Audacity and
includes LAME 3.93 (an LGPL library, but it's statically linked etc.) -
from their EULA:

> All title and copyrights in and to the SOFTWARE PRODUCT (including
> but not limited to any images, photographs, animations, video, audio,
> music, and text incorporated into the SOFTWARE PRODUCT), the
> accompanying printed materials, and any copies of the SOFTWARE
> PRODUCT are owned by AVCONVERTER or its suppliers. The SOFTWARE
> PRODUCT is protected by copyright laws and international treaty
> provisions. Therefore, you must treat the SOFTWARE PRODUCT like any
> other copyrighted material.

It appears that they are a serial offender and while it has been noted 
on various shareware download sites (by multiple users) that they appear 
to be using Audacity, I found no past record of any action being taken.
