I sent the company in question an email as follows:

I have received no reply. I asked the Software Freedom Law Center
(SFLC) about this and they said:

"For your particular case, since the locus  of infringing activity is
outside of the United States, we cannot offer to represent you directly,
since we are only American lawyers.  If the violator has been
unacceptably responsive to your demands, then you should consider
retaining counsel in your jurisdiction to represent you in asserting
your rights against the violator."

I am asking on this list what I might do now. Of course, specific info
is available upon request.
