AVIP Tech IP camera, GPL violation, Linux kernel

Further information concerning the AVIP Tech NC1200 (and others) using a linux 
kernel in firmware but the company not providing access to the source code...  
I requested a copy of the linux souce code used in their camera and received 
a reply:

Sorry for our NC1200 doesn't support Linux currently. But we will have new
model with this feature in the future.

The reply totally ignores my request for source code and offers no means to 
acquire it.
