TRX voice logger possible violation ?

Hi All,

I have several questions regarding possible gpl violation.
TRX - manufactures digital voice loggers which are based on standard PC with
Linux.
In their marketing materials they say they use their own "TRX Embedded
Linux" based on GNU Linux + additional software.
Questions:
1. Can we require source codes of "TRX Embedded Linux"
2. Can we require source codes of additional software installed on the PC
and needed for recorder's operation ?
3. Can we require source codes of TRX additional software (for Windows) used
for remote control and maintenance of their Linux based devices ?

I'm asking, because TRX refused to disclose their source codes...
