may I distribute those binaries?

Hello
I did some modifications to an embedded device. the toolchain I used can
easily be obtained, so that is not an issue. But as I built the binaries
manually, trying different configure options and changing them when
dependencies changed, I cannot tell how to make them. I used only unmodified
upstream sources. can I still give the binaries to others?
