Infoblox now seems compliant with the GPL. The GPL license is included
into the administration guide (appendix C) which is on the CD delivered
with the appliance.
If you write them an email, they will propose you to deliver you the GPL
code for a small fee covering their cost of delivering it to you. Which
is compliant with GPLv2, section 3b.
