Open Networks GPL Violation

Hi.

Over the past weeks ive been looking into possible GPL Violations from thet australian company named "Open Networks www.openw.com"

Currently they supply close to 200-300k Modems to various ISP's customers. However, All their devices are based on Linux and they blantantly refuse to release any sort of GPL code. More info on OpenNW Is avaliable here:
