various ways of using CMS

Hello,

Ok, I understand that distinction between the distributed source code and
obvious presence of  some software is maybe legally different.

I was especially struck by this, since example that I mention is done by one
magazine that deals with brands.
Thus, if someone deals with brands, it should be expected that they respect
brands and take care on ways how they use brands, display their names and
licensing information.
