[Follow-up on a issue from last year, where Liscon did not provide 
download offers for their GPL sources]

I was in touch with liscon, and they told me that they would give any 
customer the sources for free and that they'd look into a way to inform 
the customers about it.

Until now nothing happened - still nothing on the download pages.
