I know this, and i agree, but when someone charges 100$ for the source
the source may not be open to me, cause i maybe don't have the money for
that. If someone gives out the binarys for 0$ why should the sources
cost 100$? Arnoud made clear that's not always possible to include
source in the dist so it may come to differences in charge between
source and bins.
However, i don't like high prices at source code, whether the gpl does
cover it or not. If one charges 10000$ for the source the source is
simply not open for me cause i can't buy it.
