mvix have now release some source code:

However they are not yet in full compliance with the GPL, as there is
not yet enough information provided to rebuild and reinstall (for
example) the kernel, as required by clause 3 of the GPL.
(They also have not released the code for their other uClinux devices yet.)
But none the less, a step in the right direction by mvix and eunicorn.
