according to the gpl you, as a receiver of software covered by the
license are entitled to ask for a copy of the corresponding source
code from those who distributed it. So all you have to do is ask them
for it and they are legally obliged to provide it to you.
Have you asked for it? From my experience IBM is generally very good
with GPL compliance, check out their website for downloads. I am
fairly certain you will not be disapointed.
