  Hrm, interesting.  I'm not quite sure why I missed the implication.
"in that User Product from a modified version of its Corresponding
Source".  In that user product is the portion that I missed.

  Well, as someone who regularly works on Medical Devices such as
labratory test equipment, I'd definatly like to thank certain people
for precluding any sortware validated by the FDA to basically be
unable to utilize any GPL v3 code.
