this header for all files:

please note the version of the license, in the original code it doesn't have 
a license number, can I release it under a fixed version license number? I 
suspect that the docblocks that mentione to miro have copy/paste from the 
old mambo code but isn't part of mambo itself because that I didn't metioned 
it.
