Hello again,

Thank you so much for your help, based in your advices I've opted for use
this header for all files:

/**
* 404Sef for Mambo
*
* Allows Search Engine Friendly URLS for apache and IIS, returns proper 404
status
* code for missing content, provides logging of 404 errors, and creation of
special
* "shortcut" URLs that allow the user to redirection to the new URL.
*
* Based in the original code of W.H.Welch and maintained for Andrés Felipe
Vargas
*
* @package 404Sef
* @version $Id$
* @author  Orignal code by W.H.Welch <marlboroman_2k_at_yahoo_dot_com>,
maintained
* by Andrés Felipe Vargas <info_at_misucursalvirtual_dot_com>
* @copyright   2004 - 2007 W.H.Welch, 2007 Andrés Felipe Vargas
* @license  http://www.gnu.org/copyleft/gpl.html GNU/GPL V2.0
*/

please note the version of the license, in the original code it doesn't have
a license number, can I release it under a fixed version license number? I
suspect that the docblocks that mentione to miro have copy/paste from the
old mambo code but isn't part of mambo itself because that I didn't metioned
it.

What do you think?

Thank you again for your help.
