Possible violation for infoblox

Hello,

I have had the opportunity to open an infoblox appliance
(http://www.infoblox.com). I haven't seen any offer of source code or
source code itself in the printed docs, on their website or on the CD
delivered with the appliance.

Mounting the disk from knoppix reveals on the /boot a file called bzimage.
The command "file bzimage" outputs "bzImage= Linux x86 kernel
root=0x303-ro vga=normal, bzImage, version 2.4.32-aslan-003"

Furthermore, it seems this could be a multiple violation as they also
ship grub.

Best Regards
