D-Link VTA-VR violation?

Hi,
I've recently purchased a D-Link VTA-VR phone adapter (for Vonage SIP -
http://www.dlink.com/products/?pid=490). This is a MIPS device running
Linux & a uClibc + busybox environment:
# cat /proc/version
Linux version 2.4.17_mvl21-malta-mips_fp_le (alpha at 06387) (gcc version 2.95.3 20010315 (release/MontaVista)) #3 ¥| 4¤ë 20 17:44:45 CST 2006
# sh -v
BusyBox v0.61.pre (2006.04.20-03:00+0000) Built-in shell (ash)
Enter 'help' for a list of built-in commands.
# ls /lib/libuClibc*
/lib/libuClibc-0.9.19.so
So I've been looking around for the kernel source but couldn't find
anything in the documentation or on the D-Link web site. Even more,
there appears to be no mention of Linux, Busybox or GPL at all. This
seems to be yet another GPL violation from D-Link.
I haven't tried to contact D-Link and maybe I didn't look around hard
enough but I thought I should bring this to your attention. Is this
violation something you know about? If yes, is there anything being done
to address it?
