Fwd: Snort Patch

Hi,

Can someone please tell me whats going on. I was given a patch from
Ken that was supposed to be "your fix" as announced in your press
release. That patch is from another company. Im not sure if you were
trying to trick me here or your trying to pass off someone elses code
as your own.

I think we are all aware that Snort is gpl and under that license you
are required to provide the modifications to the source code. I would
like to be provided with the entire source code you use with ipAngel
so that I can verify what is going on.

Please comply with the GPL

Hi Ken,

I tried to contact you last week regrarding the patch info you sent me
but I did not hear back from you. Like I had said that appeared to be
a previously published patch by another company. I already have 2 of
the patches out there. Both have weaknesses. Your news article states
that you fixed Snort and I would like to get this patch.

Unless you saying you used another vendors patch and claimed it as your own?
Is this the patch your are distributing with your code?
