Potential GPL violation from Huawei [Fwd: Sources GPL pour Huawei HG550]

Miss, mister,

Here is the translation of the previously sent message to your french 
subdivision.

The Echo Life HG550 is running a Linux kernel and uses other various free 
software. In accordance to their licensing (GPLv2), any commercial use of 
those software should be shipped with sources of the programs used, which 
include :

- programs used to compile software
- kernel sources with NDA-free modifcations
- sources of the user-space applications 
- sources of the programs used to build the filesystem

I received no answer from the french subdivision, neither can find a link 
where I could download those sources. If I get no answer within a week, I 
will update the status of this affair with the Free Software Foundation.

Mesdames, Messieurs,

Heureux possesseurs d'un Huawei HG550, j'attire votre attention sur le fait
que ce matériel fonctionne sous Linux et utilise des logiciels libres sous
licence GPL. Conformément à la licence GPL, l'utilisation commerciale de
logiciels libres impose la redistribution de l'ensemble des logiciels libres
utilisés, ce qui inclue :

- sources modifiées du noyau Linux, avec respect des NDA signées avec le
fabriquant de la carte (Broadcom Corporation)
- sources des programmes en espace utilisateur
- sources des outils permettant la construction de l'image système (firmware)
- sources de la chaîne de production : gcc, binutils

N'ayant pas trouvé de lien vers ces sources GPL, pourriez-vous m'indiquer le
lien où les télécharger ? Ou a défaut, les mettre en ligne.
