Hello Everyone,

  I don't know if I am in the right place for this but I have a general
question about the GPL.  I am evaluating a GPLd program that claims that
when used in a commerical entity requires the purchase of a licence.  It
only says that its only a required purchase when deployed in a commercial
environment.  I assume this applies only to the binaries and not the
source.  Would this fit within the understood constructs of the GPL or is it
incorrect.  Any help or insight is appreciated.
