Vcenter Camera NC1600

Hi,
I follow your message about the NC1600 camera.
Could you please tell me how can I upload the firmware inside?
I got from vcenter support 3 files and a linux img. 
Do I need some tools to make it?
Which is the real procedure to upload the fw?
